| My absolute favorite sauce they have. Mascarpone is an Italian cheese (used a lot in tiramisu-yum!). It is a spreadable cheese made from made from crème fraîche - I think this might be one of my new favorite words :) Mascarpone cheese is ricotta-ish in consistency and often used in sauces. |

| Before going to Dave's I had never used fresh pasta to make my spaghetti and sauce. It's so easy to do and tastes a million times better than the boxed varieties. |

| Just add the pasta to salted boiling water, stir to separate then cook for 2-3 minutes and VOILA! |
